Admission Tickets are strictly non refundable.
In the event of postponement, tickets can be redeemed on rescheduled dates or at any other BGT events.

About
Our
ORGANIZATION
The Balloon Glow Tour launched in 2019 and has since become the largest producer of hot air balloon events in the United States, if not the world.
Cities we visit include Miami, Orlando, Atlanta, New York, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, St Louis and more!
Hot air balloon events are very weather permitting. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason - this is because we must pay our expenses regardless of the weather. In the event that we have to postpone an entire weekend, tickets will revert to the rainout date or following year. Guests may also transfer to other Balloon Glow Tour events.
Dress Code
No strict dress code but please wear closed toe shoes if you plan to take a tethered ride.
Box Office
Buy tickets via our website,
is never accepted at the gate.
Parking
Please check parking information before heading to the event. If ADA parking is required, please book in advance.
SECURITY Check
Large bags and coolers are not permitted.
No outside food or drinks.
Please bring chairs and / or blankets.
Cameras are permitted.
Well behaved dogs can attend.
Due to Covid-19, we require a phone number and email address for all guests should we need to activate contact tracing.
